AT25SF041-SSHD-T Overview
The AT25SF041-SSHD-T is a high-performance serial interface Flash memory device from Adesto. It supports rapid mapping of program code from Flash memory into embedded or external RAM for execution. In addition, its flexible erase architecture enables multi-purpose data storage without the need for additional storage devices.
The device features optimized erase block sizes, allowing for more efficient management of code and data storage. By properly dividing erase blocks, the AT25SF041-SSHD-T significantly improves memory utilization, enabling users to add more program routines and data segments within the same device capacity.
